Quality

Quality & documentation.

Deliveries are managed on a lot basis. Each lot carries a certificate of analysis linked by reference number to weighbridge tickets and the consignment note travelling with the goods.

01

Lot-level documentation

Each shipment references a single lot or a documented blend. Commercial invoice, CMR, weighbridge tickets and the certificate of analysis share the same lot reference and are transmitted electronically at dispatch. Where applicable to the material, a supplier sustainability self-declaration is included.

02

Sampling & retained samples

Representative samples are drawn at loading following recognised sampling practice. A sealed retained sample is kept for the duration agreed in the contract, typically covering the delivery, testing and dispute window. Sample seals reference the lot number.

03

Laboratory analysis

Analyses relevant to the contracted specification are performed by independent, accredited laboratories. Reports are issued on the laboratory letterhead and include the method reference (AOCS, ISO or EN) for every parameter.

04

Non-conformity handling

Where an incoming analysis deviates from the contracted specification, the retained sample is re-tested against the same methods. Resolution — replacement, discount or return — follows the mechanism agreed in the sales contract. Corrective actions are documented and traceable to the lot reference.
